I was in a rush to find a vehicle and was not finding the right deal and/or vehicle that I wanted. While searching the internet for local dealers with the right vehicle for the right price, I came across NYE Volkswagen of Rome. I called as I was driving to the dealership to check out a vehicle that I was interested in and was greeted on the phone by Niko (one of the salesman). He offered to pull up the vehicle and have it running and warm as it was the beginning of winter and in the 20’s. I pulled up no more than 7 minutes after hanging up the phone with Niko and the vehicle was already in the front and ready for a test drive. I was greeted by Niko as I walked up to the dealership and he offered to come along with me for the test drive or stated I could go myself. I ended up test driving the vehicle by myself and I was very pleased with the drive and overall quality of the vehicle. It was extremely clean and had almost all of the features I was interested in. The deal was too good to pass up and throughout the entire buying process I did not feel any “sales pressure” from Niko. He made me feel welcomed and comfortable. I ended up buying the right vehicle for the right price by a very honest and laid back person. I’ve purchased many vehicles and the worst part of the process is usually with the salesman as they are usually overzealous and overly aggressive. Niko was none of that and the dealership is top notch!! Definitely would recommend NYE Volkswagen and ask for Niko!!

Our Rome VW (Nye) has great employees, a very Knowledgeable service team, and a lovely facility. Oh ~ and pretty nice cars, too! My only concern is the cost ~ the hourly diesel rate very high (for me).

I have always had great experiences with NYE VW of Rome. I have purchased and leased my vehicles through NYE VW three times, and they have always been so good to me. It wasn’t until recently did I have the pleasure to meet a lovely woman named Tina. I am so thankful for Tina, her kind manager Jon, and the diligent mechanics for noticing a problem with my car, and resolving the issue before my warranty was expired. Tina went above and beyond to console me after bad news about my car (bless her heart), explained financing options, explained the warranty and recall information, and honestly even just explain the plan of action with my car. I hope that your staff truly gets recognized for their care, and consideration during stressful situations.
