Was assisted by Mark Cioch at Rome VW. He found 2 available ID.4’s in NYS and provided their details. One was a “loaded” ProS so, to save money, I went with the Pro instead. (The 2021 I was trading was a ProS.) It was only when I was picking up the car on 9-30-26 that I realized it didn’t have several features that I was used to: power tailgate, electric front seats, rear seat armrest and “hole” for skis, automatic tilt-in side windows when locking and “right mirror angle-down” in reverse. My fault for not sooner realizing that I needed to zero in on those features. Not Mark’s fault at all; he did an excellent job. Because of the different rear seat, my existing “dog cover” would not fit, but Mark graciously offered to provide the correct one for free, and has ordered that. Dave Jurin tremendously helpful in teaching me all the new technology; almost certainly I will need more assistance going forward.
