They went above and beyond. I have a 2015 VW Passat tdi diesel that was throwing codes unable to be inspected. Mind you I didn’t buy this vehicle there. They informed me the emissions were warranties by VW until 11 years and 162k miles based on the VIN because of a lawsuit in the past. They not only fixed my issues free of charge. The resolving of said issues allowed the check engine light to clear and they inspected my car free of charge as well. 10/10 will buy a car from them when I need one in the future

My experience was absolutely horrible. Booked a simple service with NYE VW 2 weeks in advance. They told me “ drop your car off in the morning and it will be first come first serve, guarantee to get finished quicker”. I dropped my 2024 GLI off at 0830am. Came back around 1530. After being told when I called around 12:30 that my car would be done around 1500, that they haven’t brought it in yet because “ someone called in this morning”… why wasn’t I told this at 1230 when I called?!. Our Rome VW (Nye) has great employees, a very Knowledgeable service team, and a lovely facility. Oh ~ and pretty nice cars, too! My only concern is the cost ~ the hourly diesel rate very high (for me).
