The Volkswagen ID.4 Is Setting New Sales Records

In the fourth quarter of 2022, Volkswagen stated that sales in the U.S. had dropped by 18 percent. In 2022, Volkswagen sold 301,069 vehicles, which is about 20 percent less than the year before. Even though VW had a rough patch, it still pulled off a way to improve its EV business in the United States. Unfortunately, vehicle supply was restricted due to European imports, but that didn’t stop production for the ID.4.
It doesn’t surprise how strong the BEV sales are and the plan to accomplish a production rate of 7,000 ID.4 every month. In 2022, there were 20,511 VW ID.4 that were sold in the U.S., which is 22.5 percent more than the year before. As for Europe, the ID.4 has high hopes of selling more and more, with five plants in total for the production of this impressive vehicle.

Higher trim models offer heated and cooled seats and a seat massage feature.
